Weekly paleolithic diet


Monday:
  • B: smoked lamb with horseradish
  • S: boiled eggs with some salad
  • L: celery soup and some meat
  • VD: paleo-muffin, chinese cabbage salad
Tuesday:
  • B: ham and eggs
  • S: carrot
  • L: meatsoup (from the weekend, mushroom stew,boiled pear and with some salad
  • D: salmon raw or grilled
Wednesday:
  • B: Omelette with mushroom
  • S: fruit salad, all kind ow fruit into a bowl with some honey
  • L: chicken cake with broccoli
  • D: smoked lamb with salad
Thursday:
  • B:  serrano hamon melon slices / eggs (cheaper)
    S: cheese with cucumbers and maybe an apple
  • L: Some kind of soup without sugar
  • d: fried sausage with beetroot ( in vinegar or boiled )
Friday:
  • B: tunasalad ( tuna, tomato, onion, garlic, cucumber )
  • S: Pear, apple
  • L: paleolithic pancake NO SUGAR!! 
  • D: chicken a lá chef and sugarfree montebianco
Saturday:
  • B: sun-dried fruits and some milk
  • L: minestrone soup and  shrimp or prawn with garlic or throut with almond or pangasius in white wine
  • D: paleo pizza
Saturday:
  • Be creative!! if u are not eat tortilla :)


Between meals u can eat some sun dried fruits, fruit salad, tuna salad, chocolate ( more than 85 % )
